Archway Communities in Colorado is seeking a Maintenance Lead to oversee maintenance operations across multiple properties, ensuring safety, function, and appearance. The role provides direction, mentorship, and strategic planning for preventative maintenance and turnovers.

You will manage inventories, vendor relations, and on-call responses, partnering with residents and internal teams to maintain high satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Basic computer and mobile device skills.
• Understanding of operation of common maintenance tools.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Experience with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, drywall and carpentry.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee maintenance team across one or more properties.
• Develop and implement maintenance plans and schedules.
• Oversee inventory management and ensure efficient resource use.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and safety training.
• Coordinate unit turnovers and readiness for leasing.
• Serve as on-call maintenance lead for emergencies.
• Foster professionalism and strong stakeholder relationships.
• Lead vendor negotiations and performance management.
