Job summary

SunRidge Management Group seeks a Lead Maintenance Technician for multifamily communities. This on-site role reports to the Property Manager and ensures a clean, safe living environment for residents and staff.

You will mentor maintenance personnel, manage daily operations, and coordinate with vendors while upholding safety and compliance standards. 40 hours/week with weekend on-call as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in multifamily property maintenance.
• Leadership and organizational skills to manage staff and daily operations.
• Strong knowledge of lease forms, Fair Housing laws, and Property Code.
• Proficiency in OneSite/Yardi and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory and ensure tools are in good condition.
• Lead safety practices, hold regular safety meetings, and ensure compliance.
• Oversee service requests, budgets, and on-call rotations.
• Coordinate with vendors and ensure work meets company standards.
• Promote excellent resident service and conduct inspections.
