Job summary

The role requires supervising maintenance staff, managing bids, POs, and work orders, and ensuring safety and regulatory compliance across HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with two years of multifamily maintenance experience.
• Minimum one year of supervisory experience preferred.
• EPA certification required; CPO preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance staff and ensure a skilled team.
• Maintain operating budget and obtain competitive bids.
• Process POs and invoices to control costs.
• Prioritize work orders and ensure timely completion.
• Oversee safety, compliance, and property inspections.
• Troubleshoot HVAC, electrical, and plumbing issues.
• Coordinate with management and respond to emergencies.
• Mentor maintenance team and conduct training.
