Job summary

RPM Living is seeking an Assistant Maintenance Manager to maintain and enhance the value of an assigned community. The role will assume Maintenance Manager responsibilities in their absence and coordinate urgent maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities include completing work orders within 24–48 hours, communicating with residents, and ensuring safety compliance. On-site duties require physical activity and collaboration with a maintenance team and external contractors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• At least 1 year of multifamily maintenance experience or training.
• EPA certification is required.
• CPO certification preferred.
• Basic skills in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate prompt on-call and after-hours maintenance responses.
• Complete work orders within 24–48 hours with clear status updates.
• Document maintenance activities and communicate with residents and team.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, and related systems.
• Perform sheetrock repairs and maintain property aesthetics and safety.
