Job summary

Pennrose Management Company is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in New Jersey to lead maintenance teams across properties, ensure timely repairs, and uphold safety and quality standards.

You will oversee make-ready processes, manage vendor coordination, and contribute to budgets and inspections, with on-site responsibilities and occasional travel between communities. A hands-on leader with EPA certification is required or provided within six months.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; technical training certifications a plus.
• Minimum of 3 years overseeing maintenance buildings and teams.
• EPA certification (608 – Universal) required or provided within six months.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to travel between properties.
• CAMT certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the maintenance staff; diagnose problems and manage repairs in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, drywall, and appliances.
• Ensure all service requests and repairs are completed promptly using the company app.
• Oversee make-ready process to prepare vacant units for leasing within five business days of move-out.
• Maintain clean, safe, and well‑kept buildings, grounds, and common areas.
• Assist in budget development for repair, maintenance, and capital expenses.
