Pennrose is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance staff across multiple apartment communities. You will report to the Property Manager and guide Maintenance Technicians and Porters, ensuring timely repairs, safety, and cleanliness in all buildings.

Responsibilities include coordinating make-ready of vacants within five business days, scheduling vendors, performing preventative maintenance, and preparing for inspections.

Qualifications

• Three years of oversight of maintenance buildings and team members.
• Respect and maintain safety, quality and timelines across sites.
• EPA 608 certification required within six months of employment.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license and be able to travel between properties.
• CAMT certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee maintenance staff and coordinate repairs across properties.
• Ensure make-ready steps, painting, cleaning and turnovers per guidelines.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance and inspections per policy.
• Schedule vendors, approve parts, and manage logs and records.
• Assist in budgeting for repairs and capital expenditures.
