Pennrose Management Company is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance staff across assigned properties in the Annapolis area. The role emphasizes hands-on maintenance, vendor coordination, and ensuring timely make-readies and inspections.

You will manage repairs across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry, while maintaining safety standards and coordinating with the Property Manager for budgets and compliance. This is an on-site position requiring travel between properties.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED – technical training certifications a plus.
• Three years of oversight of Maintenance Buildings and team members.
• Requires a valid driver’s license, an insured vehicle, and the ability to travel between properties.
• EPA certification is required within six months of employment (provided by Pennrose).

Responsabilités

• Perform administrative duties each morning (training, updates, scheduling vendors, team meetings).
• Ensure all service requests and repairs are completed promptly using the maintenance app.
• Lead the maintenance staff in diagnosing problems and performing repairs across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and appliances.
• Oversee make-ready process for vacant units and ensure turnover within five business days.
• Complete monthly Preventive Maintenance as per policy and procedure.
• Prepare for inspections and maintain a clean, safe environment.
