Archway Communities in Colorado is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician to oversee on-site maintenance across properties. You will mentor Maintenance Technicians, coordinate work orders, and uphold safety, quality, and resident service standards.

You will perform advanced tasks in plumbing, electrical, and HVAC, manage preventive maintenance, and ensure unit readiness for new residents. This role requires strong leadership and a commitment to safe, welcoming communities in the Denver metro area.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in residential maintenance, facilities management, or building operations preferred.
• 1+ years of leadership experience.
• Knowledge of major building systems: HVAC, boilers, electrical, plumbing, elevators, roofs, foundations.
• Experience in affordable housing or regulated environments is a plus.
• Understand operation of basic maintenance tools.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsabilidades

• Lead on-site maintenance operations and coordinate daily tasks.
• Perform advanced maintenance tasks (plumbing, electrical, HVAC) with quality workmanship.
• Inspect units, common areas, and building systems for upkeep.
• Lead unit turns and coordinate with property management to meet move-in deadlines.
• Implement preventive maintenance schedules and track activities.
• Promote safety and ensure OSHA compliance and proper PPE use.
• Support vendor coordination and oversee contractor work.
• Participate in after-hours emergency response.
• Collaborate with team to meet goals and resident service standards.
