Archway Communities is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support upkeep, repairs, and safety across our affordable-housing properties in the Denver Metro area. You will handle work orders, preventive tasks, and resident-facing service with a focus on quality and timeliness.

Responsibilities include unit turns, inspections, and safety compliance under OSHA and local regulations. A valid driver’s license and strong customer service skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience and a strong service mindset.
• Attention to detail for quality and safety.
• Budgeting experience or cost awareness helpful.
• Ability to operate computer software for work orders and records.
• Mission-driven, collaborative, and resident-focused.
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual Spanish proficiency preferred.

Responsabilités

• Complete work orders across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repair, and general building maintenance.
• Inspect units, common areas, and systems for safety and functionality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues promptly to ensure resident comfort.
• Assist with unit turns, preventive maintenance, and safety checks.
• Maintain logs and communicate issues to maintenance leads and managers.
• Support after-hours emergencies on a rotating on-call schedule.
