Job summary

Kittle Property Group, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for Cypress/Old Dowlen on-site. You will oversee maintenance staff and ensure curb appeal, physical upkeep, and site safety while supervising contractors and maintaining records.

Responsibilities include budgeting for maintenance, prepping vacant units, completing requests, and coordinating snow removal. Must have a high school diploma and 1–2 years of related experience; HVAC/EPA certification preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of maintenance experience preferred.
• HVAC/EPA certification preferred.
• Ability to read, write, speak and interpret basic instructions and simple correspondence.
• Basic math and data interpretation skills; ability to use and interpret simple graphs.

Responsibilities

• Monitor maintenance expenses and keep below budget.
• Inspect community grounds every morning.
• Prepare vacant units for occupancy and perform turn tasks.
• Complete maintenance requests promptly and perform preventative maintenance.
• Maintain landscaping, snow removal, and common areas.
