Job summary

Pearl River Resort Associates seeks a maintenance technician to keep the property's mechanical systems running smoothly. You will maintain, repair, and service plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and related equipment on site in Choctaw, MS, following safety policies and SOPs.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least two years in mechanical or electrical trades, and a valid driver's license. You must be able to lift up to 90 pounds and work in varying weather, with a willingness to work

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; two years construction experience in mechanical or electrical trades or equivalent.
• Knowledge of basic plumbing system operations and repairs preferred.
• Must possess a valid Driver’s License and have a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Maintain plumbing, kitchen and HVAC repairs around Resort.
• Respond to maintenance requests.
• Replace electrical switches, outlets and ballasts.
• Perform maintenance walkthroughs.
• Adhere to OSHA regulations and internal safety policies.
