Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Five (5) years' experience in construction or commercial plumbing is required.
• Must have experience with installing and maintaining various pipe types (black iron, PVC, copper, stainless steel, cast iron).
• Experience with jetter and drain snakes and back flow devices is required.
• Must possess a valid Driver's License and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on plumbing systems throughout the property.
• Install, clean and repair water feeds and drain lines.
• Read and follow drawings to complete assigned duties.
• Assist in training fellow employees in the Plumbing trade.
• Maintain cleanliness and safekeeping of storage areas and rooms.
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies.
• Contribute to a safe work environment by following safety guidelines.
