Job summary

Pearl River Resort Associates seeks a Maintenance Engineer—Facility Operations for a full-time, on-site role at the property.

You will maintain all mechanical equipment, perform plumbing, kitchen and HVAC repairs, and support safety and SOP adherence.

Physical duties include lifting up to 90 pounds, working at heights, and exposure to hazardous conditions; flexibility for varying shifts is required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Two years construction experience in the mechanical or electrical trades or equivalent.
• Knowledge of basic plumbing system operations and repairs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to SOPs and company policies.
• Maintain plumbing, kitchen and HVAC repairs.
• Perform maintenance walkthroughs and respond to requests.
• Keep engineering shop neat and organized.
• Ensure OSHA regulations and safety policies are followed.
