Job summary

Pearl River Resort Associates is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the Construction Maintenance staff on a on-site basis at the Choctaw, MS property. The role requires ensuring projects are completed in line with Resort standards while maintaining safety and security.

The ideal candidate will have a High School diploma or GED, at least two years in facility maintenance, and a valid driver's license, with the ability to manage preventative maintenance programs and coordinate with

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Two years’ experience in facility maintenance or construction field.
• Experience with preventative maintenance programs is required.
• Must possess a valid Driver’s License and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to SOPs, policies, and procedures.
• Monitor engineering and maintenance activities on property for compliance.
• Set staffing levels and adjust schedules for maintenance demand.
• Review work orders and assign tasks; conduct site walk-throughs.
• Maintain open communication with departments to ensure project completion.
• Ensure OSHA and company safety requirements are followed.
• Maintain confidentiality and lead by example.
