Job summary

Pearl River Resort Associates is seeking a Full-Time, on-site Maintenance role to keep mechanical equipment in excellent working order at the resort property in Louisville, KY. Responsibilities include plumbing, kitchen, and HVAC repairs, responding to maintenance requests, and ensuring safety policies are followed.

This role requires a High School diploma or GED, two years of construction experience, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; two years construction experience.
• Knowledge of basic plumbing system operations and repairs preferred.
• Ability to operate basic hand and power tools safely.
• Valid Driver’s License with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and associates with a smile and eye contact.
• Respond to guests needs with urgency to minimize wait times.
• Build relationships and loyalty by exceeding guest expectations in service.
• Maintain plumbing, kitchen, and HVAC repairs at Resort properties.
• Replace electrical switches, outlets, and ballasts.
• Respond to maintenance requests and safety issues.
