Job summary

Pearl River Resort Associates is seeking a Maintenance technician in Choctaw, MS to perform plumbing repairs, mechanical maintenance, and carpentry tasks across the property. You will follow SOPs, ensure safety, and support the engineering team.

Requirements include a High School diploma or GED, 3 years construction experience, water quality knowledge with CPO/AFO certification, and a valid driver’s license. Forklift certification is required; able to work outdoors in varied conditions.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 3 years construction experience in mechanical or electrical trades.
• Water quality knowledge; CPO or AFO certification required.
• Must pass certification test within 6 months of hire.
• Valid Driver’s License with clean record; forklift certification required.
• Plumbing and carpentry skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Replace electrical switches, outlets, ballasts, and motor starters.
• Clear drains using power augers and jetters.
• Assist engineering team with maintenance tasks and inspections.
• Monitor water features for correct PH, ORP, and chlorine levels.
• Adhere to SOPs and safety guidelines; maintain attendance and professionalism.
