Job summary

Pearl River Resort is seeking a Maintenance professional for on-site work. You will perform routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections across guest rooms and public areas to preserve safety and quality standards.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, ability to use hand tools and read a tape measure, and a valid driver's license. Prior maintenance experience is preferred, with strong safety awareness and physical stamina.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Ability to operate hand tools, read a tape measure and understand their function is preferred.
• Some construction or maintenance background is preferred.
• Must possess a valid Driver's License and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Maintain mechanical and cosmetic items in guest rooms and public areas.
• Monitor workload and report overload to supervisor.
• Assist other engineers and mechanics in repairs.
• Ensure adherence to OSHA regulations and internal safety policies.
