Job summary

Asset Living seeks a Porter to support maintenance operations across property communities. You will perform routine and cosmetic tasks, assist in make-ready processes, and ensure cleanliness in common areas under supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and basic computer skills. On-site work, on-call duties, and a commitment to safety are essential in this fast-growing, service-oriented company.

Qualifications

• Must have basic computer skills to operate onsite software and systems.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements is preferred.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining the property grounds, buildings, and common areas on a daily basis.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly.
• Support preventative maintenance tasks and safety programs under supervision.
• Participate in on-call emergencies as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service and uphold community standards.
