Job summary

FedEx Office and Print Services is seeking a Mail Services Specialist to efficiently manage incoming and outgoing mail and parcels on site at the Richmond, VA location. You will perform pickups, deliveries, and packaging, while providing superior service and consultative support to internal teams and customers.

This role requires basic equipment operation, strong communication, and the ability to handle multiple tasks such as fulfillment and light administrative duties.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1+ year of customer service or operations experience.
• Familiarity with USPS and commercial carrier processes (UPS, FedEx, DHL) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all mail and shipping related services and activities.
• Pick up and deliver customer packages and mail within the onsite.
• Operate and maintain mail processing equipment and related devices.
• Provide customer service by informing customers of products, services, routes and rates.
• Assist with fulfillment tasks and setup for meetings or events.
• Respond to internal inquiries regarding service status and feasibility.
