Qualifications

• 3–7 years of progressive experience in conventional housing property management.
• Bachelor's degree in Property Management or related field preferred.
• Proficiency with property management systems (Entrata/Onesite/YieldStar) and MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Drive financial success by achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual goals and controlling costs.
• Lead leasing production, marketing, and market knowledge to maximize occupancy and rental income.
• Oversee rent collection, delinquency management, and compliance with landlord/resident laws.
• Coach and develop a high-performing team, ensuring alignment with policies and goals.
