Coastal Ridge Real Estate is seeking an Assistant Property Manager for Flats on the Row in Newport, KY. This full-time, non-exempt role supports the Property Manager with leasing and daily operations.

You will greet prospects, conduct tours, close leases, and oversee applications, screenings, and renewals while maintaining the clubhouse and tour routes to high standards. Collaboration and resident satisfaction are key.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Willingness to obtain licenses/certifications as required by state/local jurisdictions.
• Prior leasing and sales experience required; Leasing Manager experience preferred.
• Familiarity with multifamily housing strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with property management software such as OneSite, Entrata, or RealPage.

Responsibilities

• Assist in all aspects of leasing process and meeting team goals.
• Greet prospects, conduct tours, close leases, and oversee applications and screenings.
• Monitor resident renewals and maintain clubhouse, model units, and tour routes.
• Understand property features and market positioning to communicate value.
• Support leasing team with objectives and provide necessary tools/resources.
• Monitor competitors and maintain records of market offerings.
• Address resident concerns professionally and support events.
• Ensure timely rental and vendor payments and maintain cash flow.
• Assist with financial reporting and closing financial books.
• Serve as acting Property Manager in their absence.
