Roundhouse Communities LLC is seeking a Community Manager for Second + Second Apartments in Minneapolis. You will own the property’s success end to end, from financial performance and occupancy to leading a team and shaping resident experiences.

The role includes a zero-cost employee medical plan, a 401(k) match, and an employee housing discount. You will drive daily leasing, maintenance, and resident relations, implement leasing and retention strategies, and report on performance.

Formación

• 3 to 5 years as a Community Manager or Assistant Community Manager.
• Experience with luxury multifamily communities, local and market-rate knowledge.
• Real estate license or ability to obtain within 120 days.
• Strong supervisory, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Customer-service mindset and leadership drive.

Responsabilidades

• Run daily operations across leasing, maintenance, and resident relations.
• Build leasing, marketing, and retention strategies to drive occupancy and revenue.
• Partner with Regional Manager to set property goals and plans to reach them.
• Own budgets, rent collection, delinquency, and all financial obligations.
• Prepare monthly and annual performance reports on financials and occupancy.
• Lead and develop your team, including maintenance on turns, work orders, inspections, and capital projects.
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts.
• Walk the property regularly to keep maintenance, curb appeal, and safety standards sharp.
• Resolve resident concerns quickly, fairly, and professionally.
• Keep accurate records for leases, resident files, financials, and deposits.
