Job summary

Cox Automotive's Manheim Central location is seeking a hands-on Supervisor, Lot Operations to lead vehicle check-in, inspection, imaging, staging, and movement through the lot and sale lanes.

This role combines VE/Inspection and Lot Ops duties in a smaller auction environment; you will model professionalism, drive safety, quality service, and staff development while working four 10-hour shifts on a weekly schedule including Sunday–Tuesday 7:00 AM–6:00 PM and Wednesday 6:00 AM–5:00 PM.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED with 5 years of related experience or equivalent combinations.
• Strong communication across teams and departments.
• Proficient in Excel with data analysis capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee vehicle check-in, inspection, imaging, and data entry into AS400.
• Lead lot operations: staging, movement, and lot organization.
• Provide hands-on leadership, coaching, and performance evaluations.
• Plan staffing based on auction volume and ensure safety and compliance.
• Interact with customers to resolve concerns related to check-in and movement.
