Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED and 5 years’ related experience; automotive shop preferred.
• 1+ year of management or lead role experience.
• 3+ years of lot operations experience preferred.
• Experience in automobile industry or auction business preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily lot operations to ensure efficiency pre/post sale.
• Supervise check-in area workflow and staff activities.
• Coordinate movement of vehicles from check-in to sale lanes.
• Provide customer service and resolve issues as they arise.
• Inspect and maintain lot operations equipment and safety.
• Monitor staffing levels and plan for efficiency and service quality.
• Lead the team and enforce company policies and procedures.
