Cox Automotive - USA is seeking a Manager, Lot Operations to lead Lot Operations, Vehicle Entry, Imaging, and Inspections at a Cox location. You will manage daily tasks, scheduling, and vehicle movement to ensure efficient operations.

The role requires leadership experience, strong communication, and organizational skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality customer service and collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 6 years’ related experience or equivalent combinations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct supervisors, teams, and team members.
• Ensure systems are in place to manage quality work efficiently per policy and customer expectations.
• Review work volumes and staffing to ensure efficiency, quality, and service.
• Oversee Lot Operations activities including: vehicle check-in, movement to sales lanes, stock-in, numeration, and post-sale flow.
• Review team performance against KPIs and develop improvement strategies.
• Resolve issues such as missing or damaged vehicles.
• Develop weekly Lot Operations reporting for leadership.
• Maintain relationships with current customers including auction, dealer, and commercial partners.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure clear communication and high-quality service.
