Qualifications

• Experience supervising a team or shift in a fast‑paced operations setting.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate vehicle check‑in, staging and lane movement.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily lot operations to ensure efficient operations before and after sale.
• Supervise and coordinate lot drivers, check‑in personnel, lane captains and other staff.
• Ensure proper movement of vehicles from check‑in to sale lanes and accurate stocking.
• Provide quality customer service and resolve issues with customers.
• Inspect and maintain lot operations equipment and safety practices.
• Coordinate with related departments to prepare vehicles for sale.
• Lead staff, schedule work, monitor performance and enforce policies.
• Support safety initiatives and model Cox/Manheim values.
