Job summary

Cox Enterprises (Manheim) is seeking a hands‑on Supervisor, Lot Operations at our on‑site Manheim location. You will oversee check‑in, inspection, imaging, and movement of vehicles, while actively leading a team to ensure accuracy, safety, and sale readiness.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and proficiency with data entry in AS400. You will collaborate with multiple departments to maintain high service levels and compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED and 5 years of related experience, OR an equivalent combination including:
• Bachelor’s degree + 3 years’ experience
• Master’s degree + 1 year
• Ph.D. + up to 1 year

Responsibilities

• Oversee vehicle check‑in, inspection, and imaging functions.
• Direct data entry into AS400, including vehicle condition and features.
• Lead lot operations including staging, vehicle flow, and lot organization.
• Recruit, train, and develop team members and certifications (ICP, MCP).
