Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required; related automotive/auction experience preferred.
• 1+ year in management, supervisory, or lead role.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are required.
• Safe drivers with valid license and ability to drive standard/automatic vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily lot operations to ensure efficiency before and after sale.
• Supervise check-in area activities and lane flow to orderly staging of vehicles.
• Coordinate movement of vehicles from check-in to sale lanes and ensure proper stocking and parking.
• Interact with customers to resolve problems and ensure quality service.
• Inspect and maintain lot operations equipment and ensure it is functional.
• Review staffing and performance with the manager to improve operations.
• Lead the team at the location and enforce company policies.
