Job summary

Qualifications

• Solid organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
• Problem-solving skills to address service disruptions, route changes, and customer concerns effectively.
• Ability to work on-site in Hoover, AL, with reliability in attendance and flexibility to support operational needs.
• Knowledge of transportation or trucking industry practices and safety standards is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education or relevant logistics/transportation experience is a plus.
