Manage material flow: Track inbound/outbound loads and reconcile discrepancies.
Ensure safety and compliance: Enforce DOT/OSHA standards and coach for improvement.
Optimize resources: Build driver/equipment schedules and balance workloads.
Problem-solve in real time: Triage service issues and document incidents.
Report and improve: Maintain records and suggest on-time/service improvements.
