Job summary

CJ Logistics America is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact at the Welcome Center or Customer Service Office in a fast-paced warehouse setting. You will manage communications, schedules, and paperwork, supporting both shipping and receiving operations while ensuring documentation accuracy.

Requirements include bilingual Korean and English, a HS diploma or GED, 1–2 years of related experience, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• 1-2 years of related work experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide high level customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
• Communicate appointment schedules and status updates to customers and team members.
• Coordinate with carriers, drivers, and warehouse personnel for dock and yard activities.
• Process inbound/outbound schedules using WMS and standard office software.
• Prepare and verify shipping/receiving documents and update reports.
• Sign drivers in/out and verify identification and paperwork accuracy.
• Prepare operational KPI reports and monthly performance summaries.
