CTS in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to monitor shipments from pickup to delivery, coordinate with carriers, update shipment statuses, and resolve issues. This on-site role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

The position emphasizes tracking loads, monitoring KPIs, and ensuring compliance with transportation regulations, with about 40 hours per week and office-based duties.

Qualifications

• Must be able to effectively speak, read and write in English.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma, technical school education, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and track shipments from pickup through final delivery.
• Coordinate with vendors, carriers, and internal departments to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Monitor KPIs (e.g., delivery times, order accuracy, cost per shipment) and implement improvements.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal transportation and safety regulations.
• Resolve operational issues, delays, and customer concerns in a timely manner.
• Implement and maintain logistics systems and technologies (TMS, Tracking Applications, etc.).
• Perform other logistics and administrative duties as assigned.
