Job summary

Motive is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage domestic and international shipments, maintain shipment and carrier records, and support trade-compliance questions. This remote role requires proximity to Louisville, KY and collaboration with U.S.

warehouses, carriers, and 3PL partners across time zones. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple shipments and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment, working closely with the Senior

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in logistics coordination or related field.
• Experience coordinating with carriers, freight forwarders, brokers, warehouses, or 3PL providers.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate domestic and international shipments from booking through delivery.
• Prepare shipment requests with origin, destination, service level, quantities, weights, dimensions, and delivery dates.
• Track milestones and communicate delays or changes to stakeholders.
• Maintain shipment records and reconcile discrepancies.
• Support invoicing by matching freight invoices to records.
