Qualifications

• A minimum high school diploma or GED is required with additional education preferred.
• Associate's degree in logistics, supply chain, transportation, business administration, or related field is preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Certification in supply chain or logistics is a plus and may be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Order fulfillment including stocking, restocking, picking and packing, and outbound shipping.
• Coordinate shipment movements with internal teams, network offices, agents, airlines, and service partners.
• Process shipment data, status updates, and records to maintain accuracy and visibility.
• Monitor active shipments and communicate delays or routing issues to stakeholders for timely resolution.
• Verify shipment documentation and tracking details for regulatory and internal compliance.
• Maintain information flow across customer service, operations, and transportation partners.
• Review operational trends and recommend improvements to workflow and data accuracy.
• Provide daily coverage of transportation and customer service activities to sustain continuity.
