You will manage daily operations, ensure service levels, mentor staff, and serve as the primary client contact with the Service Delivery Manager to drive continuous improvement.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of office or supervisory experience, a professional attitude, strong computer skills, and the ability to lift 40 lbs as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related office experience; hospitality background preferred.
• Positive, professional attitude with dedication to customer service.
• Ability to lift and move 40 lbs and handle physical duties as needed.
• Previous management/supervisor experience overseeing 5–10 employees.
• Solid selling skills and strong computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily lockbox processing activities to ensure operational efficiency.
• Oversee day-to-day operations to meet service levels and quality targets.
• Monitor staff productivity and quality; provide training and mentoring.
• Coordinate staffing and scheduling; act as primary client contact with SDS.
• Drive continuous improvement and lead by example.
