Coffee County Bank seeks a Loan Processing Specialist to prepare, review, and process consumer, commercial, and residential loan documentation, ensuring compliance with bank policies and underwriting guidelines. This in-person role supports timely closings in Manchester, TN.

You will coordinate with lenders, title companies, attorneys, borrowers, and internal teams to obtain documentation, deliver disclosures, and verify conditions before closing.

Qualificações

• Minimum two years of loan processing experience.
• Experience with banking operations or loan documentation.
• Experience with ComplianceOne Lending, ComplianceOne Mortgage, or Fiserv Premier preferred.
• Associate degree or higher preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Obtain credit bureau reports.
• Input loan data for compliance review and underwriting.
• Coordinate with lenders, title companies, attorneys, borrowers, and internal departments to obtain documentation and advance files toward closing.
• Prepare, review, and deliver required compliance disclosures.
• Ensure verifications and supporting documentation are obtained.
• Review loan files for completeness and compliance with underwriting guidelines.
• Assemble and maintain loan files per bank policies and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate employment verifications, payoff statements, and other third-party documentation needed for processing and closing.
• Perform file maintenance, correspondence, record retention, and audit support.
• Meet processing deadlines and service expectations while maintaining quality and accuracy.
• Confirm required documentation is received and closing conditions are satisfied prior to loan closing.
• Cross-train and provide operational support to other Compliance and Processing team members as needed.
