Qualifikationen

• Two years of community bank loan processing or related experience required.
• Experience with ComplianceOne Lending/ Mortgage and Fiserv Premier preferred.
• Associate degree or higher preferred.

• Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with lenders, title companies, attorneys, borrowers, and internal teams.

• Obtain verifications and supporting documentation for processing.
• Maintain loan files in accordance with policies and regulations.
• Meet processing deadlines and assist with closing and funding.
