Job summary

Logistics Systems Inc. is seeking a Site Lead / LMS Trainer to serve as the on-site manager for CGSC Learning Management System activities. The role combines day-to-day leadership of the help desk with delivering quarterly Canvas/ASU ecosystem training to CGSC staff and faculty.

The ideal candidate has at least five years of hands-on Canvas LMS experience, proven team leadership, and strong communication skills. U.S. citizenship is required for NIPRNET access and security clearances.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Canvas LMS systems.
• Experience leading or supervising small teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Tier 1 suitability/background check.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the help desk and serve as primary contractor representative.
• Deliver quarterly training to CGSC staff and faculty on the Canvas/ASU ecosystem.
• Develop and maintain training materials and ensure timely reports and documentation.
