Job summary

CACI is seeking an experienced Distance Learning Administrator, Journeyman to support distributed training and learning management operations across the Indo-Pacific.

You will administer LMS, manage course content, support VILT, generate analytics, and collaborate with government stakeholders to ensure secure, accessible online training resources that strengthen workforce readiness and mission execution.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience supporting Learning Management Systems (LMS), distance learning administration, training management, instructional technology, or educational technology for Government or DoD programs.
• Experience supporting DoD, Joint, Combatant Command, Service Component, or Special Operations organizations is preferred.
• Experience administering LMS platforms, virtual classroom environments, or online training systems.
• Experience supporting VILT, online course delivery, and digital learning technologies.
• Experience managing user accounts, training records, course content, and learning analytics.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide customer support within distributed learning environments.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain LMS, virtual training platforms, and online learning environments.
• Configure user accounts, permissions, course enrollments, learning paths, and training records.
• Upload, manage, and maintain digital course content, multimedia resources, assessments, and training documentation.
• Support VILT, webinars, and distributed learning events using approved collaboration platforms.
• Monitor LMS performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate system maintenance with IT and cybersecurity.
