Qualifications

• 2+ years of real estate experience in property management, investing, or asset management.
• Experience with tax credit/LIHTC is required.
• Various System Experience (Excel, Word, etc) preferred.
• Strong desire to uphold personal honesty, integrity, and work ethic.
• Experience with AppFolio preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversees property management activities to align with company standards (leasing, communication, maintenance, compliance, contracts, collections, screening, onboarding, evictions, renovations, facility services).
• Works with Director of Property Management to ensure optimal training and support for property managers.
• Oversees contractor relationships for CAPEX-related projects and ensures budgets are met.
• Tracks CAPEX spend and identifies contractors for CAPEX projects.
• Coordinates with Maintenance Manager to resolve work orders and facility issues promptly.
• Ensures units are 100% move-in ready with checklists and site visits.
• Manages rent roll to drive occupancy and reduce delinquency.
• Analyzes reporting to improve efficiency and proactively solve problems.
• Ensures marketing for each property is established and maintained per standards.
