Coordinate training with the Director of Property Management for staff development.
Oversee capital projects and CAPEX spending for properties in the region.
Manage contractor relationships for renovations and repairs within budget and timelines.
Monitor rent rolls, drive occupancy, and improve collections across properties.
Ensure property marketing is established and maintained as per company standards.
