Job summary

South Oxford Management LLC in Florida is seeking a Leasing Professional to manage marketing, leasing, and renewals, driving occupancy and resident satisfaction at our Davenport community. You will lead leasing conversations, conduct property tours, and coordinate move-ins with onsite staff.

The role requires at least one year in property management or customer service, on-site work five days a week, and a professional appearance.

Qualifications

• One or more years’ experience in property management, sales, or customer service.
• Must be able to work on-site five days a week; this role is not remote or hybrid eligible.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Complete outbound follow-up with new leads via text, email, and phone.
• Be the on-site Tour Guide, showing amenities and model homes.
• Coordinate move-ins and move-outs with on-site staff and residents.
• Assist with resident retention by providing ongoing customer service.
• Prepare daily and weekly property reports.
• Maintain waiting lists and property records.
• Address safety and cleanliness across common areas.
• Report service needs to the maintenance team.
