Job summary

South Oxford Management LLC is hiring a Leasing Professional to manage the community's marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies, aiming for occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals. You will engage with new leads, conduct on-site tours, and coordinate move-ins/move-outs while maintaining resident satisfaction and records.

The role requires 1+ years in property management or customer service, a HS diploma, flexibility to work weekends/holidays, and a professional appearance.

Qualifications

• One or more years’ experience in property management, sales, or customer service.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Complete outbound follow-up with new leads for prospective renters via text, email, and phone.
• Be the on-site Tour Guide, showing amenities and model homes.
• Ensure safety in apartments, tour paths, offices, and common areas.
• Build relationships to convey better living experiences.
• Coordinate move-ins and move-outs with onsite staff, residents, and maintenance.
• Assist with resident retention through ongoing customer service.
• Maintain waiting lists and reports per policy and HUD regulations.
• Inspect community and report service needs to maintenance.
• Prepare daily and weekly reports.
• Know the market and competitive set.
• Process work orders and assist with day-to-day operations.
