Job summary

South Oxford Management LLC is seeking a Leasing Professional to manage marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies at a Georgia community. You will drive occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction through lead follow-up, tours, and responsive service.

The role requires 1+ year in property management or related fields, a high school diploma, and a flexible schedule including weekends. On-site work only with a professional appearance and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• One or more years' experience in property management, sales, or customer service.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Professional appearance expected.
• Ability to walk the property, including stairs.

Responsibilities

• Complete outbound follow-up with new leads via text, email, and phone.
• Be the on-site Tour Guide and showcase amenities and model homes.
• Ensure safety by correcting unsafe conditions in apartments and common areas.
• Build relationships by helping residents experience better living.
• Coordinate move-ins and move-outs with onsite staff and maintenance.
