Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant to join our on-site team. You will greet prospective residents, provide tours of the community, qualify applicants, and guide them through the lease process to close deals.

Daily on-site presence, strong customer service, and accurate lease administration are essential. You’ll respond to inquiries within 24 hours, maintain traffic data, and assist in marketing outreach to sustai n high occupancy and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Ability to operate on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lease, tour, and sign leases with prospective residents.
• Regular onsite attendance; greet, qualify, tour, and close leases.
• Complete leasing paperwork before move-in.
• Respond to resident requests within 24 hours.
• Assist in marketing outreach to drive traffic and occupancy.
