Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant to manage all leasing, marketing, and resident relations for a property. Regular onsite attendance is required, and the role includes greeting prospects, tours, lease signing, and follow-up to close sales.

The position emphasizes maintaining traffic data, meeting leasing goals, and performing administrative tasks while ensuring resident satisfaction and timely responses to inquiries.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Must understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour the community, and sign a lease.
• Conduct leasing, marketing, and maintain positive resident relations.
• Maintain accurate prospect traffic and leasing data; respond to leads within 24 hours.
• Assist in developing and implementing resident retention programs.
