Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant to handle all aspects of leasing, marketing, and resident relations for a property. This on-site role requires daily presence, hosts tours, signs leases, and maintains leasing data and paperwork.

The position emphasizes customer service, adherence to policies, and effective collaboration with management to meet leasing goals. A High School Diploma or equivalent and basic computer skills are required, with familiarity with Fair Housing Laws and OSHA

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Property Leasing and Administration.
• Regular/daily onsite attendance is required.
• Effectively show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour the community, and sign a lease.
• Conducts all leasing functions to close the sale, including generating new leads and following up.
• Complete leasing paperwork before move-in.
• Assist with lease audits, walk units, and turn process.
• Maintain accurate prospect traffic and leasing data; respond to leads within 24 hours.
• Use sales and marketing strategies to increase traffic and achieve leasing goals.
• Handle on-site administrative tasks and respond to resident concerns to ensure satisfaction.
