Job summary

YQC Properties is seeking a full-time Leasing Professional to support leasing, marketing, and on-site operations for our apartment portfolio. This role requires frequent in-person interaction with residents, applicants, vendors, and coworkers, and entails inspections of communities and immediate response to on-site needs.

Candidates should possess strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist all visitors to corporate office.
• Office management tasks as needed.
• Leasing & Marketing of all vacant and upcoming units.
• Focus on resident retention.
• Basic accounting duties.
• Keep resident rental records up to date.
• Maintain attention to detail in all activities.
• Monitor market patterns affecting rent and occupancy.
• Inspect property conditions regularly.
• Assist with renewals.
• Provide effective resident relations.
• Create and maintain files and folders.
• Interact professionally with residents and prospects.
• Walk units before move-in for quality control.
