Job summary

The Yarco Companies is seeking a Leasing/Marketing Associate to support occupancy goals for our multi-family properties. You will assist the Community Manager with operations and resident services, including responding to inquiries, tours, and market analyses.

Ideal candidates bring 2–3 years of customer service experience, strong communication, and a focus on safety and reliability. This role involves on-site property operations and 24/7 emergency readiness when scheduled.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED required. Higher education preferred.
• Experience: 2-3 years of customer service or related experience.
• Physical & cognitive: Ability to lift, push and pull up to 40 pounds.
• Must successfully complete a background investigation and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Leasing and marketing to achieve occupancy goals.
• Assist the Community Manager with property operations and rent collections.
• Respond to inquiries, conduct property tours and market the property.
• Promote resident relations and handle complaints to maintain satisfaction.
• Plan and participate in community activities and other assigned projects.
