YQC Properties is seeking a full-time Leasing Professional to join our office team in Washington. The role focuses on leasing and marketing vacant units, resident relations, and on-site property operations, with frequent in-person interactions and inspections to maintain quality across communities.

You will handle office administration, rent records, renewals support, and coordinating with residents, vendors, and coworkers. A high school diploma and strong customer service are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• Ability to work within a team environment.
• Ability to deescalate and resolve conflicts.
• Ability to multi-task.
• 80% in office environment using computer and phone.
• 20% inspecting property grounds including stairs and signage.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
• Excellent customer service and professional development.
• Knowledge of leasing practices and Fair Housing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist all visitors to corporate office.
• Office Management.
• Leasing & Marketing of all vacant and upcoming vacant units.
• Focus on resident retention.
• Basic accounting.
• Keep resident rental records.
• Maintain attention to detail.
• Monitor market area for rent/occupancy trends.
• Monitor property's physical condition.
• Assist with renewals.
• Provide effective resident relations.
• Create and maintain files.
• Interact with residents in a professional manner.
• Walk units before move in for quality control.
